Peter and The Test Tube Babies-Zombie Creeping Flesh 7"

What can I say about one of my alltime favorite bands. I was a young punk rock kid in the early 80's digging them beyone belief! Mating Sounds.....was one of my favorite albums of alltime. Flash forwward to 1998 and I am touring the USA with them for nearly 3 months. Well, full circle happens, and the band is friends with my old band and me. This period is in my favorite of all time. That is my opinion...the best by far. I remember buying this 7" and just slamming around my room, much to my mothers concern and just thinking this band was IT! They were to me! This band has always had a soft spot in my heart and I am proud to say that they are friends. In fact, I get to help them book, drive, merch dude for them in January. It will be fun and I cannot wait! Ladies and genteleman, one of my alltime faves....Peter and The Test Tube Babies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  1. I have to agree that I really dig that era of PTTB. I doubt I liked as much as you but I can agree they were great!

  2. Thanks for the comment! It might be for me a time and place kind of thing. Chelsea released Evacuate, Angelic Upstarts had Reason Why, Chron Gen had their Too Much Talk Ep...etc. 1982-83 was just solid. PATTB are nice guys too. Thanks for visiting my blog!

  6. I recall hearing this tune on a radio punk show in Bristol, UK and digged the eerie beginning. Bought the vinyl and the B-sides were even better...the Mating Sounds LP even surpassed all of it, agreed one of fave 80s punk bands too!
