Art-Synth punk from these San Francisco girls and guys. More on the Tuxedo Moon vibe than The Avengers-Negative Trend thing. They released this single, an album and a short length movie with the band. Seek it out on You Tube if you'd like to see it. Another band that I really don't know too much about aside from the fact that they were from San Francisco, and started around 1978.
